	- Ken & Paul to sort out work site details
		- Have Carolyn pick a Wednesday date for her site this year
		- Have another Wednesday date for Clarkia trail in general
	- Need details for 1st 4 dates by 3/1 so we can get word out to regular weeders
	- Need 1st half season sched by 3/12 so we can put out at least a preliminary schedule


- Harding grass
	- Are all sites (including small ones) fully mapped?  Check with Bill
	- Work on area under freeway?
		- Try to clip this year?
		- Weed whack?  Twice if possible?  Maybe same date as Medusa head?
	- Work on Sylvan trail sites?
		- Secondary target, address after primary targets are more under control
	- Day camp infestation?
		- Try to get County to work on it?


- Coordination with WMA grant efforts
	- Medusa head
		- Need to arrange sessions to help Christal with weed whacking
		- Need to map outlier populations
	- Zenon (zero non-native) sites, aka Native Expansion Areas, or ANCORs (all-native conservation/restoration)
		- WMA team could help select, establish, and monitor sites?
		- Want to select at least one site this year, probably in Mow Site 1 area
		- Maybe something like 1 sq meter, surrounded by 1 or 2 meter buffer?
		- Need meeting to plan further


- Bird program
	- Bird folks have made past arrangements for mowing by County to support bird habitat
	- Paul to coordinate with Lee Franks and County to ensure efforts don't conflict with our own
	- Their goals are (or at least should be) aligned with ours


- Student volunteer program
	- Adult teens DON'T need parent present, but MUST be able to show ID to prove age
		- Session leaders should be comfortable turning away unaccompanied students with no ID
	- Add notes of some kind to website regarding this policy?


- Adopt-a-sites
	- Are these all mapped?
	- Arrange special session to help at Carolyn's site
		- One regular Wed session
		- One special session (not a reg Wed session)... Earlier in season?  Get Tocalote?


- Miscellaneous topics
	- Ken & Paul put in for and received grant from Parks & Rec Foundation
		- Will be used for tools
	- Coordinate with docent program to at least have our handouts on their sign in tables?


- Action items
	- Ask Bill about mapping
		- Are all Harding grass sites (including the small ones) fully mapped?
